The Senior Transformation Manager role, based within the Business Transformation team, will be largely responsible for recognizing areas for improvement within the company and implement necessary changes to enable the business units to perform to their optimum ability. The role will require working closely with multiple functional areas with business performance management, analytics enablement, growth/strategy, process improvement, cost reduction, technology implementation and enterprise transformation. This role will also be responsible for developing a clear understanding and support for organizational change management with senior leadership and throughout the organization. 

Knowledge and Experience: 

• Graduation in Business / Engineering from a reputed university, preferably with a business background 
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the corporate sector. Relevant experience with financial products will be preferred 
• Proven track record with strategic planning and project management 
• Experience of creating and deploying comprehensive business/operating plans which consistently deliver desired results 
•  Experience in working directly with external consultants
